I do not have the iphone but the Google phone anyone know how to forward calls to work from a laptop? I am going to be working from out of town and need to have calls forwarded to my cell which may be costly and use up all my minutes. Would be nice if I can just answer calls through my computer any programs out there that are free or cheap?

This is rad, thanks. Once the call is forwarded, GV picks up almost immediately.

I love GV and i love my iphone. Trouble is, when I set it to forward calls it doesn't give me the option of screening them. The only way I know if I missed a call is if they leave a message on GV and then I get the text from GV. Is there a way to screen forwarded calls on the iphone?

Well, I called AT&T and they set up my call forwarding on their end. It's working great; this iPhone is incredible!

Great post! I'm actually using Google Voice all day, everyday, as my work number -- I've had a few issues, but by and large it works great. I forward to my mobile, my SkypeIn number and my Gizmo SIP. I didn't think I wanted the screening options on, but recently I've been getting phone spam and turned on screening to block those numbers.
